SaaS Solutions Training / Instructional Designer- Manager or Director (doe) 


NeuAnalytics is looking for a highly experienced solutions/product trainer who can also act as a company-wide integrator. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of content creation for adult learners, preferably with SaaS based software solutions. Previous experience developing comprehensive employee programs that enhance overall company success is . This role will ultimately expand from internal development to collaborating directly with our clients through demos and training on our solutions. This is a high-profile role in our organization working directly with the CEO, executives, and clients. What You Will Do:

  • Partners with senior leaders and other solutions experts to understand all aspects of NeuAnalytics suite of products, eventually becoming a high-level subject matter expert.
  • Creates, publishes, and teaches training classes with the assistance of deep subject matter experts.  
  • Educates employees and clients on the functionality of NeuAnalytics solutions, eventually being able to conduct client demonstrations. 
  • Assist with the identification and development of high potential employees contributing to the organization succession plan. 


      What You Will Bring:

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development Psychology, or Computer Science
        . Master’s degree candidates will be given priority.
         
      • Experience creating internal certification programs. 
      • 5 years of experience in technical solution training, management development programs. 
      • Successful track record of taking product knowledge and making it live in an organization. 
      • Professional Presence- articulate in written and verbal communication. 
      • Experience creating in-house solution certifications for employees and clients 
      • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging product training. 
      • Highly skilled with PowerPoint, Canva, Visio, or other visual presentation software. 
      • Experience working in the financial services industry a plus. Consumer/Commercial  goods product marketing/management experience welcome. 
      • Ability to work onsite in our Overland Park, KS office 5 days per week.
