Description

Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

· Define and document learning objectives.

· Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.

· Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.

· Design content to optimize learning.

· Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs.

· Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools.

· Training will be a combination of e-learning, instructor-led, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree

· 6+ years of relevant experience in instructional design

· 3+ years of management experience

· Highly skilled with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver

· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with cloud infrastructure services

· Experience with data center onboarding and training

· Experience with cloud software and platform services

· Ability to think broadly and strategically

· Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
